All the watches on this site are sourced from reputable dealers from around the world including Japan and the USA. We guarantee that all watches are manufacturer's originals.

GMT Classics is not an official dealer of Seiko, Citizen, Casio or Orient. However - we do offer a full after sales service. Watches are sold with a 1 year limited warranty and if the need arises, can be sent back to our service department for repair within 1 year of purchase.

There is no international warranty supplied - so it is not possible, for example, to take a Seiko bought from us, into a Seiko dealer and have it repaired free of charge within the warranty period. Japanese watches are incredibly reliable - we get such a small failure rate of less than 1 % within 1 year.

If you do need service under the warranty please send your watch with copy of receipt to: GMT Classics Service Centre, 23 Burnside Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham. After your warranty expires we can still help with any service issues. We have access to all original manufacturer spares and our charges are very reasonable for customers who have bought watches from us.
